If you are thinking about a refund, we only ask that you try out the mattress for at least 60 nights. If after the trial period you are not completely satisfied, call us 844-542-CLOUD . If we cannot find a way to provide you a great night's sleep, then we will arrange for a refund. You will need to complete a company provided return form and submit an authorized 501 (c)(3) charitable donation receipt. Once CloudTen has these 2 items, we will refund the amount of the purchase price less shipping to the original credit card used.
